“Hymn to Freedom” 60th Anniversary Recording
This was my second jazz-focused project albeit an entirely different type of piece. “Hymn to Freedom” by Oscar Peterson was being re-recorded at United Studios here in Los Angeles to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the release of the song from his legendary Night Train album. I was commissioned to film the recording with the session musicians in the studio.
